“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:28-31

This time, the official beginning of the convention will be on Wednesday 6 August and will finish on Sunday evening. Activities will take place between 9.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. daily. There will be three discourses before lunch, followed by panel discussions, vesper services and testimony meetings in the afternoon. In the evening, after dinner, there will be an opportunity to utilize the large garden space and other meeting halls for other activities. Place of general meetings: The convention center management have assured us of access to many meeting rooms. The main meeting hall can accommodate 700 people. For those in the surrounding rooms, the video from the main hall will be shown on monitors. Due to this, seating in the main hall will first be offered to brethren who book accommodation and meals at the venue in a package. All meeting rooms are located on the same level. This will facilitate fellowship and group activities.
On the same floor there is a restaurant where food will be served to smaller groups, one after the other. The restaurant also guarantees the availability of vegetarian meals.
The convention center has 268 rooms and has the capacity to guarantee accommodation for 570 people. There are two standards of rooms, differentiated by price. These rooms accommodate 1, 2, 3 or 4 people. The complex also has rooms for the disabled as well as elevators. Other facilities: Within the centre there is also a coffee shop, hair salon, solarium, sauna and Jacuzzi (convention attendees get a 20% discount when using these facilities). A playground for children and a swimming pool with a lifeguard are also available. Prices: Accommodation within the convention centre will be sold as a package with three meals a day. Each daily package includes lunch, dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast the following morning.
- Accommodation with all meals (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner served) in rooms of the lower standard (Category A) will be 70 zloty per day per person.

Registration for English-speaking and German brethren will be handled by Sr. Cher-El Hagensick CherEl4God@comcast.net,
You must be mindful of two things when registering:
- Every individual must have their own registration form, including children.
- Due to the limited number of places and the necessity of informing the convention center ahead of time so that they can provide the correct amount of services, we ask that registration forms be sent as soon as possible.
Transportation for those brethren who do not have their own.
Registration Fee: To cover additional costs of holding the convention, each adult will also have to pay a registration fee of 20 zloty each day that they attend. Those who will be exempted from this registration fee are: – Children less than 18 years old – Brethren from Moldova and Ukraine – Members participating in the choir meeting, which is planned to be held by br. Daniel Kaleta before the convention (see the details in the letter for those participating in the choir meeting)
For five days before the convention, there is a plan to have a gathering of those willing, for the purpose of praising the almighty God and our Savior through song. The meeting, lasting five days, will also be held at the convention center. After intense practice, the choir will sing to open the XVII International Convention on 5 August 2014 probably at 7.00 p.m..
Excursions and Evangelical Concert
During Saturday afternoon, for the attendees of the convention, we plan to organize a few sightseeing trips, and in the late afternoon we plan an evangelical performance by the choir in Bielsko-Biala.
After the conclusion of the convention, for those interested brethren from other countries, we plan to organize a sightseeing tour which would also include visiting some of the Polish ecclesiae.
Financial Aid for Brethren from Other Countries
There are many brethren form less wealthy countries who would also desire to attend the convention and join in the praise of God and our Savior. However, because of their circumstances they are unable to afford the full or even partial fees needed for attendance. We encourage you to support these brethren, so that our justification before the almighty God will fulfil itself not solely based on our faith, but also through acts of love. Every payment for this cause, we ask you to make with the following description: ‘Sponsorship of attendees of the International Convention’.
